Pre-coat filter plants are ideal for applications where cutting oil is contaminated with fine metal and abrasive particles from finishing operations such as honing, grinding and spark erosion. They’re more efficient than traditional centrifuge, cyclone and paper band filters, being able to consistently remove foreign particles down to 5microns in size. This compares with typical filtration of 30 microns centrifuges & 50microns for paper band. This machine has been used in our contract honing department and will be serviced and repainted prior to sale
